Stu's Stews is positioned to be a moderately priced, family oriented 80 to 100 seat upscale quick service comfort food restaurant based around an 80 quart steam jacketed kettle and a 15 gallon tilt skillet which, in combination, will execute the signature items. Stu's will also offer an awesome custom ground choice chuck burger served with a unique signature tomato chutney garnish, a simple but tasteful salad bar, fresh  home made delicious soups and a handful of classic sandwiches paired with a thoughtful selection of beverages and some tasty treats to finish with.
